If you dyno tested a 100% stock, European spec 2011+ ZX-10R and a 100% stock, American spec 2011+ ZX-10R, the European bike would dyno 15-20 horsepower HIGHER than the American bike, simply because of these changes. These changes caused the overall output power of the bike to suffer. Specifically, on the 2011+ ZX-10R, output power was intentionally or not limited because of the noise and emissions standards the EPA has established in the US.
